If you have multiple hard drives with recoverable data or need extra storage space, this is a really great little device. I'm still having trouble with old 5.25 hard drives, but I think I'll pull myself together. Another Sata fits right away and it's like a USB stick. I think it's worth the cost. I haven't tried their tech support yet, but judging by the excellent user guides, I'm sure they will be very helpful.
