Good tool for sport

This is a well made chain tool. Many of them are too small, but this one is too big. Bought because there were a lot of good reviews. It would be nice if there was room for a spare pin for the block.

Pros
  • So far satisfied
Cons
  • Only available in black

Works perfectly! in sports

Bought a cheap chain breaker and just bent the chain. I bought this and it was easy to use on all the chains the cheap one didn't work on! Don't waste money on cheap ones, buy one you can use.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Negative gift

The needle broke after 10 uses.

Pen broke after about 10 uses of the tool during a fairly routine operation. To make matters worse, the fracture occurred right at the edge of the support bar. It was not possible to unscrew the rest of the stem. I've tried screw extractors in combination with carbide drills, thread repair, etc. Unfortunately, the rest of the carbide stayed there, making recovery difficult. I'm about to throw the instrument away, only a few months of owning it.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Nothing here
