The toaster looks nice on my countertop but that's where it ends. I'm a bit disappointed with the results. The bread takes too long to toast (longer than any toaster I've ever had) and the toasting is uneven ie darker on one end. I can put a few slices in and then I have other things to do while I wait. In two months of owning this toaster it has gone from almost perfectly even toast to complete insanity. Wash. This attached photo shows two sides of the same toast.
