I have no idea how many B&D trash cans we've thrown away in thirty years. My family never goes to college. Our last battery (purchased in November 2016) failed after less than a year and a half of light use. The charger delivers the specified charge. The battery shows 15.3V. Please note the differences between models. The more expensive BDH2010LP comes with a wall mount, but this review is for the CHV1410L, which doesn't come with a wall mount. You can order the clip from B+D. Amazing (thanks for nothing B+D). This clip costs less than $2, but the shipping cost is over $12. You're better off ordering the BDH2010LP and you get a 20 volt battery instead of 16 and a $2 clamp (amazing). But please note that the wall clip DOES NOT CHARGE. This is for wall mounting only.
