Works and looks good too!

This is exactly what I was looking for. Although the mirror looks small, it's big enough to get a good view of both lanes of the road behind you and protrudes far enough to be further away from the driver. Vibrations are reduced to a minimum. The folding arm allows you to fold the mirror for easy storage. Installation was very easy, but the instructions for removing the adapter sleeves to fit the hole in the handlebars weren't very clear. It comes with some soft plastic stem eyelets that fit…

Doesn't fit snugly

I've used these mirrors before but the latter felt looser in the center that holds the mirror. I'll explain: The part that goes into the handlebars is fine, but I always secure it with a zip tie (I can do this because I use the ends of the bar and thread the zip tie through the exposed part of the mirror and then around the end of the rod). It's safe and no problem. I'm also aware that the end of the mirror is removable and I tightened it fully. That middle part (between the mirror and the part

Exceeded expectations

I'm surprised I gave this 5 stars. I bought this because I bought a drop bar bike and needed to ride it home, so I needed something that was easy to attach so I can get it on the go. I didn't think it would be my regular bike mirror, but it's so useful, flexible and easy to adjust for different riding positions that it won me over. The best part is that there are so many ways to attach it and it stays in place surprisingly well despite being so easy to twist and bend. My main concern was that…

The best mirror I've ever had. I have bought many of these!

I like this mirror very much. It's fairly cheap and holds up well. While others have more joints; it's pretty easy. More connections (although they look impressive) tends to result in more of them being weakened. In this case there is only one screw that needs to be tightened from time to time. Attitude. The remaining necessary settings are made manually via a ball joint on the mirror itself. Yes, like everything, it will come loose from time to time. this is the best mirror i have ever bought.

Do not buy this mirror

I have used these mirrors on straight and curvy commuter road bikes for years. Note that I say "this" - as in many. And there's a reason for that - they break easily. After the second one broke I looked for another one but couldn't find anything I liked so I was reluctant to stay with them all these years. They have an Achilles heel, a plastic retaining ring that holds the mirror to the part that goes into the end of the pole. Every one of those I've ever had failed the same way - the locking…
