To be honest I don't know if this was meant for my Hummer h2. So I can't give you credit for it, but I had to cut the 45 degree piece of rubber off the throttle body because my fan would hit it. Solid 4/5 All parts were made decently considering where they were made. Installation was pretty easy. The two mounting tabs were in a "good" place. The elastic that connects the toe to the MAF fits better than I thought. I would suggest maybe buying the rubber gear plug that Revain recommends. I ended up with a 4" to 3.5" gap as others have mentioned and really think it fits better. Also, someone mentioned thermal foil, so I did the same with the titanium exhaust fairing. Overall there is a nice sound improvement in my 2004 Silverado 1500 5.3L v8 with a noticeable raspy sound at 2-2.5k rpm. Looks good, pretty solid material for the price but was very difficult to install and a bit frayed. Goes great on its own! But the rubber-inserted ring that the mass airflow sensor fits into was large. It slipped but didn't tighten. I had to go to the factory intake manifold and cut off the old rubber insert to fit it to the new one, essentially creating a bridge between the two.
