I powered it up with a power supply. The voltmeter was right on but I did not try the ammeter. It seems of high quality with an excellent cover. Note that this unit is designed to mount in a panel with a threaded nut on the back. It uses push on connectors, which are furnished.

  • I like this allot looks good easy install need to order 4 more for other needed vehicles!
Cons
  • The installation process can be quite tricky and time-consuming, especially for those who are not accustomed to working with electrical components

Has QC3.0Tells you voltage of battery.Low profile.Has moisture cover to prevent terminals from getting wet. That's my feedback!

Great Addition to Any Vehicle!

My analysis of this waterproof USB charger revealed its exceptional functionality in monitoring the voltage and current with the digital voltmeter and ammeter. Robust build. - my new review

Very well built. Amperage is only measured through the USB port. It would have been great if it had a second set of terminals to measure amperage of a whole system. As to water proof, time will tell as it is installed on my kayak.Edit: Seems to be waterproof (with its cover on) after 3 times on the water and over 5 inches of rain on it.

Easy to install, but doesn't work.

Installed this unit on my 2018 Kawasaki Ninja 400 and it took about 10 minutes, that includes making the pigtails. Problem is, it doesn't charge anything. When I rev the throttle, it'll surge, but it will not charge my phone, and I have tried multiple cords.

  • While the digital readout is a useful feature, it can become distracting and difficult to read in bright sunlight or when driving at night
