I like how simple it was to set up campaigns for nonprofits with limited resources! We were able to get started right away without needing extensive training or support from their team of experts (which we appreciated!). It's great when you're working remotely because there are no delays in feedback while waiting on someone else who works elsewhere than your office location - just type out what comes into mind as fast as possible so they can edit/make changes ASAP before sending back again :)…

I love how simple it makes our job as fundraisers so much easier! It's like having another team member who can help with everything from setting up an event to managing donors/mailings. The only thing about this software we don't really use often enough are some of their other features (like automated emails). But overall they've been great for us in terms or ease of using them. I love how well this software works with my Salesforce CRM system! Everything syncs together beautifully so it's very seamless to manage all of our marketing efforts from one place as opposed to having multiple spreadsheets or emails saved in various folders for each campaign type we are working through (i.e., Fundraising campaigns, Political campaigns). It would be great if they added an option where you can export your data into another program like Excel/Google Sheets etc without downloading
