Buyers beware - this ladder came without a single piece of hardware needed for assembly. Not worth the hassle of a return/exchange, we made do with what we had on hand and we'll see how long that lasts.

Just assembled and installed. It looks premium, but the base needs to be on a perfectly flat surface. Note that there are no instructions, but it's fairly easy...not all mounting holes lined up perfectly, but didn't need to be re-drilled as some have claimed.

Very easy to assemble. Of course. Assembled in less than 5 minutes and placed on the trampoline with the kids. It was worth every penny and saved me from having to pick the kids up to set up the trampoline when our last stool broke.

I thought I had a used one but I think it's just the metal rubbing against itself making it look scratched. It was a little tricky to set up (the holes are a bit misaligned but nothing, a little force and some love presses won't fix it). But once it's up and running, it does the job!

This is a cheap ladder that arrived with no instructions in the box. The package includes 2 sets of screws and nuts of different sizes, although only 1 set is used in assembly. As mentioned in the other negative reviews, the stairs are rickety and flimsy. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

The stairs were a ridiculous waste of money! When I opened the box I thought someone had sent me a used item. The metal looked rusty, there were no instructions although I was able to figure it out by looking at the picture of the stairs on my phone and when I tried to screw the screws into the legs not a single hole fitted. For €50 I was expecting MUCH BETTER quality. Extremely dissatisfied!

No instructions. There was an extra handle that wasn't supposed to be there. Two different sizes of screws and bolts were supplied so I'm not sure what it is. Used small screws and had to pull the screws all the way down due to the way the steps are made. The black underbody grips are so tight it would take forever to squeeze them. The ladder is assembled but not strong.

First of all, after assembling the product is fine. However, I only paid 24.99 in the sale, which is 50% less than the regular price. I wouldn't pay more. I want to pay less. Had I known I would have to do the fabrication myself I would have looked elsewhere or just used a foldable two-step ladder. 1) The metal is raw and looks rough. No coating other than that removed at the factory and graphite grease may have been used in bending and sizing. It's picky, but for an item that typically sells…
