Excellent User Experience, Outstanding Reporting

The product provides us with an end-to-end suite of BI tools that are intuitive and easy to use for all levels of staff. The reporting functions are outstanding - they can be customised as per our needs. Some features we had hoped would have been introduced sooner but this is understandable given their young age. Their customer support team really listen to and understand what you need which makes using board incredibly user friendly. I'd highly recommend any business considering board's…

Quick and easy to navigate in viewing various document types

It's quick access for our team as we can view any documents or information from within one place! I dislike that it sometimes takes time before all of your files are accessible after you log off because there may be some waiting required with other users accessing at once (could change this). You should consider purchasing additional licences if necessary since they do offer an annual subscription plan which includes licenses per user/monthly fee but not total number of devices allowed on…

Great Product With Excellent Customer Service

I love that you can use all of your tools at once so it's not like one tool being out dated or obsolete for another. It also makes reporting easier when looking back over time as well which helps with analysis across multiple departments. You need an understanding team member who knows how to navigate through their system because there are some areas where things could be made better but most likely won't get any help from support if they don't know what they're doing already!
