BomDeals disappointed me

I recently made a buy from BomDeals, and I couldn't believe the quality of the goods I got. The clothing and shoes looked nothing like the images on their website and felt cheaply made. The necklace appeared to have been worn before because it was tarnished. To make things worse, when I attempted to return the items, their customer service was unresponsive.
