VERY SMALL AND THIN

It's not as strong or thick enough and now much smaller than the first 3 I bought. It would be very helpful if you made them stronger and thicker than the ones you started with. My parrots can barely get in without knocking them over and falling out.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Good but not great

Too small for an adult mourning dove.

A bit small but overall very fun for a bird. However, Danny Dav-ito enjoys making clicking noises and will spend hours flicking small acrylic jewels with his beak. With the whole house working from home during the pandemic (except me of course) it was pretty annoying. A great gift if the owner of the bird in your life is your brother or sister and you want to drive them crazy.

Pros
  • Great for me

Ideal for forging and playing as well as relaxing.

What's not to like!? He loves his basket very much. He likes to lie in it and he likes to forge the treats that I hide in the cracks of the basket and also chew on his basket. I will definitely order another one. He is also quite picky about his toys and a very spoiled boy, but not very good with new toys either. This one was an instant hit. I know when he's very happy because he's always sitting in his basket chatting and whistling 😗 When you're happy and you know it. Thank you Bonka Bird…

Apparently my budgie thought it was good enough to eat!

My budgie loved his basket; only she preferred chewing on it rather than sitting/sleeping in it which was my intention. In less than a month my little bird brain completely destroyed her basket. She definitely enjoyed tearing it apart though, so at least she had a lot of fun with it, which is why I'm still giving it 4 stars out of 5. However, after she completely destroyed the basket, I recycled the small chains and gems into her latest shredded toy, much to her delight.

Squidget loves it! for swings

My little pineapple green-cheeked kennel loves her basket. I have it hanging on a rod in the playroom at the top of the cage. I lowered it just enough for her to climb inside. I use it as a toy box. It contains their eggs and bells. It has holes on the sides. She will sit in it and poke at some of the toys or walk up to them and take things. If she destroys him so much he can't hold a toy, I'll buy another one. It's worth it. The price is great too! Squidget lives with Joey the parrot and…

The perfect basket for conure treats/toys!

My green cheeked kennel likes to use it to eat seeds! It's his treat basket! I put puzzles and bricks in it for him to play with and he loves it! Makes a mess but loves it! It's the perfect size to stand on and surprisingly strong enough not to be intimidated by swaying (just place it near the sides and corners of the cage). The chain is a bit short, but that didn't cause any problems for me or my wife. If this becomes really a problem, you can just tie a rope or string to make it longer. The…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • The string is shorter than others

My green cheeked kennel, easily startled by new toys, immediately liked this basket and in less than 5 minutes he was happily pushing the basket and watching it come back to him. . He also has a thing for acrylic beads hanging from chains and loves to chew on them. Sometimes Rio climbs in the basket, but now it's mostly used as a feeding toy in the cage - whenever he's caged I hide some treats in the basket and then cover it with toys. Scraps of paper and Rio has lots of fun clinging to the…

These basket swings are one of my favorite birds.

This basket swing is one of my favorite birds. I have 12 cockatiels and 2 kennels and they just love to sit, play and sleep in them. Since they love these toys, and with as many birds as me, I always buy a few and replace them once they're chewed up. This basket is very well made, one basket will normally last around 4-6 weeks before it's time for a new one which is plenty of time for them. With as many birds as I have, I always buy them new toys. or by replacing their favorites like these…
