Bonka Bird Toys Clacker Cockatiel Review

Happy mother bird. Sometimes it takes my budgie weeks to get used to a new toy. Not this one. He was there all day one and every day since. It warms my heart to see him so happy.

Satisfied - as expected. My Gray African loves the shiny pots and the sound they make. Watch out for bird claws (especially if untrimmed) caught in rings and chains - suggest watching them for a while before leaving them unattended.

My sun conure is an expert at destroying expensive bird toys. This ratchet toy has been in my cage for a long time and is holding up great! My conure really hits this thing and seems to enjoy the rumble it makes when it hits it hard. I bought two of these toys but in hindsight one would have sufficed as it appears to be built to last. I'd hang a spare tire in the budgies' cage, but they'd probably be scared of it.

Excellent design, very beautiful and durable. My bird loves to play with it now. She dreaded it until recently, when she decided it was also a great treat storage device. Now it's also part of an awesome hide and seek game where I hide different treats in different scoops and she finds them and eats them. She really liked this toy and now they scold me when it's empty.

I first bought this toy from another seller and one of my birds really liked it. When I saw this one and it was cheaper I decided to buy it for my other bird. Unfortunately, it's not stainless steel as advertised; The cups were rusty when I put them in the dishwasher for the first time. Also, the limbs holding the cups were poorly clamped, leaving sharp edges and gaps that could catch toes or cut beaks and tongues. Beware of the mysterious metal, it can harm your bird's health. I wasn't sure which size to go for my blue fronted Revain, this one or the larger but I'm very glad I went for the smaller size. It works perfectly for her. It's a bit dainty, so if you have a larger Revain you might want to consider upgrading to a larger one. The cups are not graduated sizes as I expected, they are all 1/8 cup.
