I like this design because the legs fold in so I can put it aside. However, when the legs are unfolded, the mechanism is very solid. The cut-out U perfectly matches our oblong toilet. I like it.

I really like that this product is less obtrusive than the famous plastic stool I used. I find it difficult to press the button with my arthritis-stricken thumb to fold it. However, it doesn't stick out or get in the way like the ones I've used, so I don't have to fold it up and put it away. The height is perfect. Bamboo looks great.

works well, bought a step stool as a kid for my little niece to potty train. I like the look of the tree and the ability to fold. Using it now, can leave it, but I like the option to remove it. Very strong and sturdy, the hinge has some play but that's ok. I stood on it and weigh over 200 pounds. I have a plastic stool, but it bends a lot. Now we need one in the main bathroom.

...I think the unit is too heavy for its portability. The profile is good for packing in a suitcase, but it's pretty damn heavy to fit a duffel bag in your suitcase - and weight restrictions on some transcontinental flights mean you'll have to carry all your clothing on the plane. Also, the folding locking mechanism is insanely difficult to use. I took it with me on a trip and it didn't impress me. I want something else before I travel again.

Structural design, you only need to attach the anti-slip tape and it is ready to use. Pros: Good quality with smooth finish, I like wood much better than plastic. Stable and suitable height. Easy to open and easy to fold. Cons: I have a problem, I can't fold easily after applying the tape. Unless you carefully match the two feet and press them at the same time. (Of course you can store it under the toilet, my bathroom is quite small so I have to fold it every time)

I have wanted one of these stools for a long time and am glad I chose this one. It's foldable and the legs lock into place when unfolded and I'm not worried about it collapsing or anything. It comes with two strips to attach to the bottom of the legs so it doesn't scratch the floor. The fact is that I did not find any need to fold and remove the stool, as it fits nicely on the toilet in a semicircle and when not in use does not interfere and does not protrude at all.

I've only had it for about 2 months. As soon as I bought it, I noticed that a few screws fell out when opening and closing. Didn't want to mess with the return (big mistake) so I just taped the screws in place and left it unfolded. So today I put my feet on it (careful!) and a whole side collapsed completely and every single screw holding it in place (it was a heap) fell out. I chose this stool for traveling and camping on wheels. I have three other squat pots in other bathrooms in our house. One of the others is also a bamboo product. What I like most about your product is that it's a bit lighter than the other bamboo I have, yet is very well made and looks just as strong! When you travel in an RV you want to be light. I bought this pot to replace the big ugly white plastic Squatty Potty I've had since 2014. This is a good alternative. It is made of layers of laminate rather than solid bamboo. It discreetly slides under our oblong toilet so I don't have to fold it up. It works ok, but not so easy that I want to do it every day with my arthritis in my thumb.
