I bought these to attach a decorative bracket to a cabinet. Since it's brass I wouldn't recommend it for holding heavy weights. Possibly a static weight of 5 pounds per screw, but I haven't checked. With them, your item will look more authentic than with a Phillips head screw. I recommend it for this purpose.
