Have been using this Brita system for about 2 years. A family of 4 and we use a lot of plastic bottles for our water source. We now use Brita as drinking water. Pour into home mugs or travel mugs.

The product received was a completely different version of the filter (from the ones we buy from Target) which when the jug was installed came with no English instructions only with confusing pictures. Wouldn't buy it from Amazon again.

This filter is not suitable for pitchers. The first image is misleading - the actual filter that is in the box does not match the front image (see attached image) and does not have the jagged neck seen on actual Brita replacement cartridges (or actual cartridges). is. Not sure if this is fake or genuine OEM. I've used Brita for a long time with filters I bought from Costco with no problems. This package arrived with a sticker on top of the UPC box saying "New Item". If yes, why is the sticker weird?
