I was pleasantly surprised that the lanterns stayed lit from sunset until early morning and still held a 50% charge. To illuminate the gazebo, 16 light bulbs are enough. One downside is that they don't have a solar clip. My gazebo is on deck and I don't have room to put it on the ground. And I have nowhere to put it. Otherwise great product

I have a panel in a location with lots of sun and they don't get any light for almost an hour. Maybe the panel needs to be in dessert conditions to really get a charge? The panel is now unshaded and located in South Texas. It is quite warm here almost all year round. I wouldn't buy this again. In fact, I had to move these lights to another part of my house and buy lights that plug into an outlet to light up an important area.

These lights were easy to set up and charge on a sunny day. I only had a few hours of daylight to charge them and to my amazement they turned on as dusk fell. They were bright enough to illuminate the pool area so you could walk around without accidentally falling into the pool. Unfortunately the lights stopped working after a few days and now only come on when I turn the solar charger upside down. There must be a broken wire preventing the light from turning on when the charger is upright.

We bought 2 sets of these lights for our garden. We wanted all-weather lights to extend from our yard to the fence, so we measured and bought these lights. Both kits had one non-working bulb, but additional spare bulbs were supplied with each kit. The lamps are made of plastic, so you no longer have to worry about glass bulbs breaking during installation!
