I received a blank padded envelope that didn't appear to have been fully closed during the packing process.

I didn't like much about this product. I have been a handyman for many years but this product was too flimsy. You could lift it, but not without difficulty. I did the letters, there were small bubbles and creases that were permanent the first time. would not recommend.

I have had a hard time finding black vinyl that removes weeds easily. I sell small vinyl decals that sometimes have small intricate cutouts that make them very difficult to work on if the vinyl doesn't rinse well. But I finally found a black vinyl that easily sifts through with this vinyl. And it was packaged very well so it was in great condition when I received it and the tape they put on was very easy to remove and it wasn't twisted too tight. I made templates out of cardboard and circled them on the white backing of the vinyl roll. (TIP: If you're tracing on the white "glue" backing, you'll need to trace the numbers backwards.) I cut them out with sharp scissors, carefully scraped off the underside, and glued them to the mailbox, doing the rest of the paper slowly peeled off.
