Good price and I like the one size most as I had no idea how big my son's head was. So it will be good since his other hat that I gave him a long time ago is worn out.

My head is a normal size and it fits and works great. (If I wear a velcro cap, I adjust it so it doesn't hang down on either side). has an elastic band at the back, which definitely has some play.

They've gotten more expensive over the years. They are largely designed for single use. They won't hold up to washing so buy a lot. Depending on the conditions and sweat, I wear them on average for a week to a month until they get too smelly or gross.

Size is what it is. I wear a 7 1/4 and it's a little baggy on my head. The elastic band fits snugly to the body, but I have no problem with that. Fits well under my hood and doesn't cause overheating. 9/10 Recommended.

I like wearing a beekeeping helmet when shooting a trap. It's light and cool for summer use, but can be a bit chilly for winter shots. This hat solves the problem. It helps keep my head warm and I can still wear a helmet. This may not be the hat's original purpose, but it works!

What size is "one size fits all"? I measured mine. My head is 24 inches in diameter at the cap line. It fits me with an elastic band. The elastic band stretches 1 inch. So for hat sizes, 23" is 7 3/8 and 24 1/4" is 7 3/4. I think that fits best if you're in that space. Of course, you could sew on a little more stretch, but the hat will likely look a bit baggy. And when you exceed 24 1/4 inches in diameter, the cap starts to tighten. UPDATE January 27, 2015 - I washed this hat and it has shrunk…

Simple and works. New welder here but with a head I was surprised it fit! Work and anything that interests me to be honest if anything can be worn any kind of headgear to cover the top but of course I thought as a newbie I needed something like that. I've been MIG welding for a couple of hours and there was a lot of spatter in it at first but just look down so time will tell if this works if I need to do something overhead. Definitely happy with the purchase for the price!
