I've used a variety of flannel fabrics over the years and because the yellow rags in the photo looked almost exactly like the ones I was using I ordered a pack rag. When I hold them in my hands now, they look like they've been steam ironed. There was no noticeable fuzz or softness to the touch. I hope that after machine washing they will become softer and more flannel-like.

The first time I used one of these I didn't wash it and went to rinse it under the sink and the yellow color ran like crazy. So I threw all the rags in the wash on high heat and also dried them on high heat. The red stitching has come undone on most of the rags. They will still be good for what I need them for, I just want to wipe down tables and things around the house but had I known about these issues beforehand I don't think I would have bought them.

i had a hard time finding them but these are old fashioned dusters my mother used. There is nothing better than microfiber. They pick up dust quickly and keep it on the fabric until you're done with it. They last a long time too. I think I ordered this batch after using my old ones for about 10 years. And the price is right. You get so much for so little money.

I was frustrated/depressed because I couldn't find them in any retail store anymore. I only use them for car care: apply and remove wipe paste, remove clay spray, apply spray wax and wipe off. NOT depressed anymore - might end up ordering 100 or 200 of these - not too keen on the idea of using dirty flannel on the machine after use. I can wash them of course, but even then I don't know how much dirt will actually come out. No problem - if necessary I'll buy for life!

I've been looking for a replacement for flannel rags for wiping down furniture for a long time and when I saw these I was hooked. They LOOK like the soft, thick flannel pants that everyone who knows knows, but they are very thin and not very soft.
