Misleading Yarn for Arts and Crafts

The yarn appeared thicker online, and it's not as soft as expected. As my tests showed, it's hard to crochet with, and the chocolate color bleeds.

Excellent Yarn

My favorite yarn! Arrived beautifully, packaged, excellent quality yarn. It's a little more expensive than buying from Michaels or AC Moore, but reliable in finding what you need

Damaged product

I used to order this particular yarn and loved it, but on my last order 2 out of 3 of my skeins had such bad internal knots that I had to sacrifice almost half of each skein by spending more than 10 Hours to unravel them. It is very frustrating and frustrating that my project was temporarily stopped if not spoiled by the poor quality of yarn I received.
