Don't waste your money, we bought it about 2 months ago and it broke twice. The first time the cable broke which was fixed, but the second time all the gears were broken and we can't get the cable back in. I contacted the manufacturer and they will not replace it for us so we lost almost $300. Therefore.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THIS WINCH. MY WIFE BUYED FOR ME BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND IT SHOULD MAKE HER LIFE EASIER. EXCEPT THE CABLE IS NOT COILED CORRECTLY. SHE SHOULD FIX IT (DURING TRIP, BTW) AND HIS SEVERAL OTHERS AT A CAR EVENT SAID THAT THEY BOUGHT IT TOO AND USED HORRIBLELY.
