Nice hooks but they forgot the screws! Waiting for an answer but can't comment on how good they are when I have to go to the hardware store. Let's see what customer service is all about.

I opened the box and inspected the bezels. one had obvious defects or plastic coating defects on several sides. The other one was ok. I didn't fully open the entire package (which arrived whole and well packaged) but decided to throw it away first. will be updated when fixed.
