Great for natural hair

I usually wear my hair in a bun for a week and was looking for something that would support the bun but not pull on my hair. Until I bought this tape, I would take good headbands, snap them at the seam, and then pull them on to tighten them. Unfortunately, this method pulls on my edges. However, this band doesn't pull and still supports me like good headbands do. I washed it with my scarves every laundry day and it helped me in the washing machine. Not worth the price they charge for it! I advise against buying this product!

Updated review (02/18/2020) I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying this product, I have literally just tried to use it AGAIN AND my hair got stuck in the bead AGAIN and has it AGAIN tangled! And that's only because I put it on my head and pushed it up before I could even adjust it to make it tighter. I just had to rip the hair out of the bead! It's Fine Beauty and Personal Care

Love how the elastic grips the hair, stays in place and is easy to adjust. The only thing I don't like is that my hair constantly pulls through the bead and gets stuck in there so much that sometimes I can't pull it out without cutting it. I've found that to prevent this from happening I have to stretch the tape while it's on my head and keep the beaded part away from the hair while I tighten it.

Great for protective styles!

I am currently wearing Senegalese braids and needed something to keep hair out of my face and neck, for the gym, travel etc. This product worked great! I was able to pull my turns into a high knot with ease. The traditional ponytail holders were either too tight or too loose - I love that I can adjust the bunzee to my liking. I believe this product would also work well for box braids, kinky curls, etc. Haven't tried them on my natural hair yet, but I'm looking forward to it!

This product pulls and may pull your hair

This product pulls your hair when you pull it up and also twists when you pull the strands causing your hair to get tangled around the elastic . not a good buy for me or my daughter, can't use it without tearing her hair out so it was a waste of money for me
