Great pump for boosting low city water pressure, from 38psi without pump to 90psi with pump, increasing shower pressure and extending sprinkler life. We had to call a plumber to install it with a water hammer arrestor as installation can be tricky.

My first attempt to buy this pump ended in failure. It arrived damaged. There was nothing on top of the factory box to keep the pump from sliding and someone must have dropped it in transit. The regulator and fill tube have bent the pump housing. Let's see how the replacement comes. *Update: The replacement also arrived damaged. I sent both back and bought the same one locally cheaper.

Probably the worst booster pump ever. I have already swapped 2 and now the third pump has the same leak on the housing! There are leaks between the black case and the connection to the stainless steel case. Small drops accumulate and now I have a wet floor again! 3 times! 3 different pumps from them! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I've had so many chances - each time I thought it was just a bad pump - and now 3 in a month? Definitely not a bad company and poor quality control of their parts.

This product says it will turn on when just a drop of water is detected, but it doesn't. The water pressure drops to 5 psi after delivering a measured 32 ounces of water, after which the pump shuts off which would solve the problem. that there was nothing they could do, and that's how the pump works, and sorry, deal with it.
