I don't know who lied but it doesn't work. I followed the directions and still sat under the dryer for 30 minutes waiting for just the clear top coat to dry! I even took off the clear top coat and tried again but no it's still tacky and still waited over 30 minutes for it to dry! It might seem like a good deal, but if it doesn't even work, it's a waste of time.

This was my first try at gel AND first nail color in ages! I followed the simple instructions, making sure to paint over each layer in a thin coat. I only applied one coat of paint - will see how it holds up and will two coats be better next time? However, I found that it was less intense when I chose the lowest curing time (30s) instead of 69s.
