This bushing worked like a charm. The whole process was a breeze after watching the process on YouTube. My complaint is about the cost. Almost $30 for a dime piece of plastic. Quick and easy solution to my 2005 Xterra's shifter slipping and not shifting. Check out the YouTube video and it will show you how to put it on quickly and painlessly. That was the right socket replacement for my gear cable! (Nissan Xterra 2006) It came with silicone grease and a small installation tool. I watched a bunch of installation videos on youtube.
