The eyepiece has little to no effect on focus adjustment. I'm not happy with that as I can't concentrate and my vision isn't that bad even without my glasses so we can't blame him. The device works very well, I have to say that I just wish there was a larger range of focus adjustment.

That's all I expected from this product. A few years ago I had a Bushnell 30x night vision scope but it was stolen from me. Always wanted another one and finally did! The optics are great! Options as expected! Generally a good quality item. Recommended for hobby or recreational use. It's not a military class, but it works great!

It didn't work the first time, it always gave me a map error, also I couldn't record and the screen was green and sometimes with moving lines and noise. I thought it was defective and should be sent back to Revain, but after that the unit worked! I don't know what happened!. By the way, the delivery was very fast and I'm so happy about it! Updated 10/02/2020 Video footage and image was a bit blurry, I regret not buying Bushnell Equinox Z2 because it is clearer.

My observations. Works great on a clear night. Difficult to see in woods, corn fields, etc. Tried to use it on a low fog/fog day but no fun. It works pretty much as others have said. I will change the design by adding an external battery. I'll try velcro and a short cable. Update: Used this for most of the season. Downgrade due to battery issues. They are great for zooming in to see distant objects in total darkness. They are ideal for police officers/soldiers who work at night. They are durable and can be operated with one hand. The fact that you can take photos/videos of them is a great advantage for collecting evidence or justifying your actions (see an armed subject, watch a suspect waiting, watch a burglar in action). All types of lights (traffic lights, street lamps, etc.) cause glare and affect your vision. This size is great for
