I like the color but the wing is very soft.

I have been using Ergo grips for many years. I like this color but the wing is very soft and flexes too much. I know they don't last as long as original ERGO pens.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Inexpensive but expensive result. I am happy!

Extreme cabs are extremely cheap! Also, these handles are great. They have ample ergonomic support and grip. Helps with pain in the palms. I don't like wearing gloves. Definitely recommend.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Comfortable ergonomic grips

Both of my mountain bikes have these grips. They are better. I had a ganglion cyst on my left wrist and it went away after 8 months so I needed something ergonomic. These grips hold my wrist just like they should and are really comfortable. They're half the price of Ergon grips and just as good.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Tradable

High quality handles.

These picks are high quality, much nicer, grippier and softer than I expected. The shape is perfect. The curves fit my arms well enough that my wrists don't hurt. I don't know how long they will last because I just got them but I don't understand why they won't last long. The color matched the photos. I would buy again.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Hand-friendly: bars, headsets and stems

These grips are much more comfortable than the ones I've replaced. However, like the other reviewer, they are longer than my handlebars. I couldn't move (move) the components inside because there was no space. This way the grip overlapped about 3/4", so I did the same as the other reviewer, I glued on the end caps. So far, it's good. So a word of caution: measure your bars and bar length. But again, they're comfortable and have done a lot to ease the tingling.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Not sure

Great grip though. best grip

These are great grips with a nice ergonomic design that offers comfort and wrist support. I love the color - not only does it complement certain characteristics of the bike well, but it also gives a sense of visibility, especially when riding on muddy trails. Unfortunately the pair I received had an issue with one of the locking rings preventing a secure installation. I'm pretty sure it was just an exceptional manufacturing defect but I bring this to the attention of any potential buyer to…

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for grip and durability

Great for the price!

Update 09/08/20: So far I am satisfied with these pens. I don't experience any numbness. I also bought handlebar extensions to increase leverage. This handlebar with optional extension makes my ride more comfortable. I've looked everywhere for these grips with extra space to rest. Some other brands are about 4 times more expensive. The handles are easy to attach as they have a locking screw. So far they have kept my fingers numb. Apparently I was putting a lot of pressure on the grips while…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Hard to say

Decent comfort is best in the grips

They actually replace a previous set of ergonomic grips on my MTB and I will never go back; The wide hand platform keeps your wrists comfortable, especially on long rides. No tingling, no pain. This particular set seems great for a number of reasons: 1. The price is right 2. The rubber compound seems acceptable for bare hands (eliminating the need for gloves on shorter walks) - hopefully it will hold up and not stick or break3. THE LOCKS ARE INSIDE. Why is it important? The ends of the…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • I don't remember

Good budget option but Ergon GA3 is still top

I often have problems with thumb pain on mountain bikes so I tried the Ergon GA3, the ergonomic Solodrive grips and these. The shapes of these three grips appear to be the same at first glance, but actually offer different levels of thumb comfort. The area to focus on is the transition from the wing to the thumb area. On the GA3 you can see how it narrows dramatically in the middle of the grip and offers a large thumb relief. In contrast, the Solodrive does not taper in the middle, which means…
