Works great, will it last?

Works great with my Quedelix 5k. Much more convenient than Apple Camera Connection Kit dongle. One cable is all you need. On the downside, it doesn't look like it's going to be a very durable cable, but we'll see. By the way, I was curious, so I tried using this cable as a USB-C charger for my iPhone. That does not work. And it's a very short cord anyway, so you probably don't want it.

iPhone 12 Pro > Fiio BTR5 single cable. It just works

I'm frustrated that most external USB-C DACs don't connect directly to an iPhone with the included Lightning to USB cable. I used to have to flash from USB A (female) and then USB A to USB C just for my Fiio BTR5 to output a Hi-Fi signal to my HD 6XX and take full advantage of lossless mobile streaming services. But the added clutter quickly became a problem. This cable eliminates the mess in between and allows me to connect my iPhone to the BTR5 via a single cable with high quality signals…

Doesn't work with Creative SXFI Amplifier

Unfortunately, this doesn't work with Creative SXFI Amplifiers. When I plug it in with no headphones plugged in, I can control the music and volume with the amp, but as soon as I plug in the headphones it stops working. It's probably using too much power, but I'm not sure. I've tested with 250 ohm Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro headphones (which I'd be surprised to find work) and cheap old Apple wired headphones. The SXFI amp isn't recommended for use with an iPhone, but Creative itself says it will…
