What can I say about this product other than cheap and effective. My headphones and PS3 controller connect to it with no problem. I am very satisfied with the product, especially considering the price.

The first unit I received melted when I connected it to my laptop. It was just a bit scary to walk into the room after 2 hours because of the smell of burnt plastic :( I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a new block, they also sent a label to send them the broken block Review to send back The new one seems to work fine, I'm happy with it.

DIED IN A FEW DAYS! DEAD AS A DOOR! The original assessment is now reversed: Windows 10 doesn't require you to download drivers, just plug them in. quality connection in minutes. I am happy and satisfied with the price and the quality. I'll update if anything changes but for now it looks like a good buy.

Win7 64 Ultimate. I connected the adapter, Win7 recognized it, installed the drivers, nothing helped. I installed the drivers from the floppy disk, nothing. Remote driver, connected adapter to other ports. I ended up getting two USB 2.0 ports on the front of my computer. TA Dah! Installed Win7 drivers and all my devices work fine. Works great on Linux. One star was given for not stating that USB 2.0 is REQUIRED for this to work.

Edit: The problem was software related. These Bluetooth 4.0 adapters require additional software to work properly. Windows behaved like plug and play, but it wasn't. After downloading and installing the latest software, they seem to be working fine. I don't like having a bunch of extra software running in the background on my computers, so it still annoys me enough that I don't use these adapters on my PCs, but have installed some on other systems here at work.
