Works perfectly! - Network adapter

This product is very good and does what it says on the tin. It's great to have such a small switch that you can put in your pocket and take with you wherever you go.

Great for Windows - Computers and Accessories

I was very surprised by this little device. Reliable connection for all devices, as well as USB Ethernet and power. Eliminates a few unnecessary cables. Does not connect to MAC

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Not Bad

Not suitable for Apple devices.

The network device is based on the ASIX AX88179 chip, which is notorious among Mac users. It works for 10 minutes and suddenly stops working like all AX88179 devices. Stay away if you are a Mac user.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Legacy model

Works perfectly as described

Product works exactly as described. Extremely easy to set up and use. You just need to make sure you have an "always on" USB port. Ideal for connecting to Nintendo Switch and using Ethernet for any other devices connected to or near the TV.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Not a multiport network adapter, but still very useful.

First, this is NOT a multiport NIC. Each port does not appear independently as a device in the system. It's a single NIC connected to a small switch. However, if you know what you are buying, this is perfect. I'm using it for a Raspberry Pi in a portable network setup and it works great. The Pi communicates with all connected devices and behaves like a mini router. I don't have to worry about powering a separate shutdown battery and this unit is very compact and runs cool.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Concise Manual

Intermittently connects to Windows 7 systems

I was hoping that this device would combine two separate devices, namely a switch and an adapter, but hooked it up to my Windows 7 system and installed the correct drivers , it only worked once when my computer system was able to access the network. It has since told me that the cable is missing, even though devices upstream connect fine to the internet. (Of course, the switch will work as long as it has power.) I CAN still make it work as a switch by plugging an additional ethernet adapter…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Doesn't fit everything
