Works great if you have common sense

Works great, it's not designed to charge phones so splitters don't work and you shouldn't charge data ports. USB 2 is only 500mA and USB 3 is 700mA. Any modern device requires at least 1 amp, turn on your brain or buy a splitter with increased power FOR CHARGING. Don't complain because it doesn't work with your Apple product, which is what you would expect from a second-rate operating system. The only complaint is the ridiculously bright green light that keeps you up at night.

Fantastic device at a great price!

Bought to use with my Surface Pro 4. I thought about buying a Surface Pro Dock, mainly for the ethernet port, but one of these costs $130+. Thanks for saving me $100! After plugging it in and plugging in the ethernet cable, I tested my internet speed on the SpeedTest website and got a much better internet speed than with Wi-Fi. It's also very nice to have more USB ports for my Surface! The only thing this device could have improved is the addition of a video output such as a micro HDMI or mini…

This USB hub is complete bullshit

This USB hub is complete bullshit. Wouldn't recommend buying as mine broke after a few weeks of ownership. It looks well made and seems to have a good cable and case, but the devices plugged into it keep losing connection, which turns on and off for no reason. When connecting devices directly to USB on the computer, everything works as it should, but when connecting USB devices to this port, the device either constantly crashes or is not recognized. In any case, this USB hub is now unusable and

Works at a great price

I only have two USB 3.0 ports on my computer. I have a USB 3.0 receiver on one port and a USB 3.0 hard drive on the other. I want to connect an additional USB 3.0 hard drive. What to do? CableCreation's 4-port USB 3.0 data hub provided the solution. The hub worked as advertised out of the box. Not only was I able to connect my new hard drive to my computer, I can transfer files from my original hard drive to the new hard drive, both of which are connected to the same hub. And it doesn't seem to

Pros
  • Notes
Cons
  • Only available in black

Looks and feels good. Ethernet works great. Works with flash drives and external drives (my external drive requires 1/2 amp and 5 amps are available for all devices connected to the hub). The only problem is my Logitech mouse/keyboard receiver. Both the mouse and keyboard have pauses of up to 5 seconds when the mouse isn't moving and the keyboard isn't typing. At first I thought it was a receiver or battery issue so I switched to another Logitech receiver and replaced the batteries but the same
