I never write reviews but based on my experience with it.

I never write reviews but after two months of experience with this product I felt compelled to do so. I installed them in June to replace my carpet bunks. Recently I decided to see how they behave under my brand new boat. Can't say much other than they removed the paint from my boat. The white on the bunks is colour. If your boat isn't painted, they'll probably fit, but they'll still scratch the surface. Hold onto the carpet!

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Ideal for replacing carpets on bunks on a 24ft pontoon trailer.

So far only replaced the carpet on the leveling bunks. I will work on pontoon moorings later as they are not cheap. I punched 1/2" holes along the bottom edge to help with drainage. The material is a good weight so bending a 2x4 isn't that easy, but with the help of straps I was able to do it myself. I have Bought a pack of 50 extra stainless steel screws and used them all in addition to the ones provided Overall I am very happy with the finished product.

Pros
  • Very fast delivery
Cons
  • No version

Great Solution - Guides and Rollers

It's been a long time since we replaced the double deck carpet in our boat trailers but we wanted to do it ourselves. The thought of spending a few hundred dollars to do it again in a few years didn't sit well with me. Finally found this material and with the help of a couple of saws and an electric tacker everything worked out great. We used Velcro to tighten the staples and reversed the stapling direction (because we couldn't get the recommended size staples). Looks great, the boat loads…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • There are nuances
