Good skates for beginners

Ideal for beginner skaters, with inside and outside wheels. The fit was comfortable for me, I'm a women's size 9 1/2 to 10 and I ordered a 10, it's perfect. The first 2 skating times were tight and of course a break-in was necessary. The boot is very hard, I hadn't thought of that, but for myself I would like a softer boot.

Pros
  • High top freestyle boots for all ages and skill levels
Cons
  • Faulty

In love with her!

I love these skates! You can have fun and change the laces. The wheels are great for bike paths. I was a little nervous about using them on our Montana trails, but even with some gravel in and out they did a great job. Make sure you always research which wheels are right for your intended use. I'm 5ft 6in, usually wear a size 8.5 and weigh 186lbs which is to die for! Be sure to buy!

Pros
  • Lightweight impact resistant chassis with polyurethane pads
Cons
  • Negative impression

Takes a lot of adjustment and getting used to

I had never skated before and chose these skates for my first pair. I didn't know exactly how much to loosen or tighten the wheels or carts, so I had to figure out through trial and error what was too loose and what wasn't. It's been a few weeks and I think I have the right combination, not too loose to throw me off balance either way. When I first tried skating, I laced my shoelaces all the way up, but they were too tight around my ankles and I couldn't bend my feet forward, causing a huge…

Pros
  • These skates fit all sizes of women's shoes
Cons
  • Good but not perfect

Check wheels and bearings before discarding box

Nice boot, very well made and size 8 fits me. I ordered them on March 25th and received them on March 28th. I took them out on my back on the 29th and noticed that the right front wheel on the right skate always pushes my foot inward, to the left. I can't skate straight on these skates. The wheel or bearing may be defective. I took them off again and loosened the right front wheel a bit to try and get at least a 30 minute session back. The right skate pushed my foot to the left again, causing…
