No more sore ass. Suitable for cycling

Great product. You don't realize it actually works until you've finished a very long ride and realize your butt doesn't hurt after the ride. Highly recommended.

Does it soften the movement?

Thudbuster is the perfect size for my bike. My saddle fits perfectly. I ride a lot on gravel and rocky roads and I find the Thudbuster to be the best comfort enhancer on rocky roads. The undulating gravel roads are less bumpy than before, but the bumps are still there. Overall, my trip with Thudbuster is more comfortable than without.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Expensive

Levels out imperfections.

If I build a singletrack, I need a dropper seat post. This year we ride the Great Divide mountain bike route. There are miles of gravel and washboards. Last year I used 29+ 3.0 low pressure tires. The Thudbuster has softened the hits in my lower regions this year and allowed me to ride long days on a hardtail mountain bike. Installation was easy. It took me longer to remove the seatpost than to install Thudbuster. Riding it will smooth out washboards significantly without sacrificing pedaling…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

My second Tadbuster

Works as advertised. On the heavy side, but it makes up for this with comfort and the ability to negotiate the smaller obstacles you would normally encounter. I had the long distance version, I lent it to my dad and never got it back because he loved it. I went for the latest version of the ST model and I really like it. It interrupts the chatter but doesn't knock me out of my saddle like the LT sometimes did. Works great on the single track tracks we ride. BTW, I'm 50 and my dad is 75. Older…

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
