I'm satisfied with it, there are only some small flaws.

I immediately bought a hood for him - an excellent way to protect the case. Well, before packing, set to infinity to hide the trunk. Excellent, sharp, 1.4 chromate, but it is corrected in a click in the lightroom. In general, even a sticky focus did not interfere with shooting until I bought a 35mm and could not part with it for repairs. Yes, and after buying 35 1.4 there is no desire to get rid of, it was painfully used to it.

Pros
  • excellent staffer on ff. I've been shooting on it for three years now, I can't get enough of it.
Cons
  • Fragile. Three years later, I had to send it to the service because the focus at 0.8 began to stick, but most likely it was my own fault - the camera often dangled in the bag without additional protection, it's surprising that it hadn't broken before.

Could not be worse! Waste of money.

I have 50mm 1.8. I decided that by the birth of my son I need to buy a sabzhe glass, because I expected more speed from him (the children are fidgety - you have to keep up!), sharpness, and the aperture ratio will not be superfluous. I tested it on targets in the store - everything works - I took it. It focuses quickly, but rarely hits - you need a very contrasting object (it will hit exactly, but there will be chromaticity). In life view with magic lantern firmware, you can point exactly…

Pros
  • Pleasant heaviness in the hands The picture, on the same settings, is brighter compared to 50 1.8
Cons
  • Design - fell and died completely! The price for this glass is too high Autofocus misses too often Up to 2.2 lathers Up to 2.8 chromatitis is strong (after it also chromatitis, but much less)

Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

Lens on a solid 4. On the crop - an excellent portrait lens for the money, on a full frame - only as a staff member. MDF - 45 cm, if you wind the macro rings, you can shoot macro scenes without any problems. Different pros: - beautiful bokeh - luminosity - juicy colors - conveys volume and semitones well - versatility: you can shoot portraits and macro, with macro rings you can make an excellent macro lens - good sharpness, but only at f/2.2 - Ultrasonic autofocus motor, fast and silent…

A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

Got pros: Excellent aperture, used as a staffer on mk 3, until I bought 24-70 tamron, blurring of the back by 1.4-1.8, which is called "in the trash", ideal in limited light, beautiful bokeh, I use it for bust and front portraits the result is fire. Got cons: I bought it used in 2022, released in 2022, the condition is good, due to the shortcomings - a few dust particles inside the lens (they do not affect the quality) and a fragile proboscis, the lens should be transported only in manual mode

As such, there are no disadvantages, it is convenient to use.

I'm happy with the lens, but for the money, it could be better Its pros: fast autofocus, even in dimly lit environments. the blur is gorgeous, but I can’t call the bokeh very beautiful, on Helios 44mm it’s much better. very sharp on a clamped aperture. Different cons: on an open aperture it is terribly soft. very flimsy, just very very flimsy. knocked once randomly and that's it, autofocus is periodically buggy insanely. price is the main drawback.

There are deviations, in general it is tolerable.

This lens is superb in every way except for one: the craftsmanship, which is the root of all of its other flaws, including missed focus, back/front focus, and a jammed af ring. I had 2 such lenses, 10 more pieces were reviewed when buying a used one and reviews from other photographers - everything converges to the fact that the lens does not withstand prolonged regular use. In all likelihood, we will never see version 2, and if that were to happen, purchasing version 1.2 of 50 would make no…

Pros
  • Light, quick, with a quick focus, and an excellent picture.
Cons
  • Reliability, reassurance, and further reassurance of reliability.

A good product at a good price, I advise you to try it.

This lens has a very beautiful picture and excellent sharpness. You fall in love with him immediately. Portraits from it are obtained just fine. There are no complaints about the accuracy and speed of focusing. This is a real classic fifty dollars. But, there are drawbacks. And they are significant. 1) Very strong chromatic aberration. When shooting outdoors, they are very noticeable in contrasting areas of the frame. They are not always possible to remove in the program. Rugged construction…

Pros
  • Excellent, razor-sharp, starting at f/2.0. Beautiful bokeh. Good contrast and color reproduction. A light weight. Acceptable price.
Cons
  • Strong chromatic aberration. Rugged construction.

The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

Well, it's a fifty-kopeck piece) great thing) Recommend to absolutely everyone) Get cool photos of absolutely everything. I especially like portraits, only you need to buy a soft filter or something else, because all skin imperfections are immediately visible. Got pros: 1. Lightweight 2. Fast 3. Draws beautifully 4. Quiet 5. Convenient, and generally compact Cons: 1. Sometimes it takes a long time to focus 2. Sometimes even too light)) 3. Plastic is scary

Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!

I am new to this business, I asked a lot of people who advised 50mm 1.4 and 1.8. 1.8 has such a light weight that sometimes it seems like it's from Lego: D. Disgusting quality, backlash in all places, which is opposite to 1.4. At 1.4, they said terribly poor accuracy, misses, focuses for a long time, NOTHING LIKE THIS (except for long focusing). I took 1.4 and did not regret a second from the purchase! It is ideal for portraits.

Pros
  • Aperture, brightness, sharpness, EXCELLENT PORTRAIT QUALITY!
Cons
  • Refuses to shoot in dimly lit places without a flash

Worst purchase ever, don't make the same mistake.

Sealed in a box with a sticker imitating a factory seal, the Canon lens came with a Nikon cap. 100% not a new product, which the seller prefers not to talk about.

Pros
  • The lowest price among all offers on the market, but.
Cons
  • Too high price for a used lens

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I didn³'t expect the quality to be this good.

Great lens for art photography. Aperture is enough for almost any scene. In low-light conditions, it is better to use the flash to illuminate the autofocus.

Pros
  • Light and fast, compared with canon 50 1.2. The difference in sharpness, depth and color reproduction on the 6d mark ii screen is not noticeable. Beautifully blurs the background and light spots.
Cons
  • There are errors in focusing if you do not focus on the camera's touchscreen.
