As a remanufactured Original Equipment part, this unit guarantees a perfect vehicle fit. All critical components (cam packs, spool valves, etc.) are triple-tested to ensure product reliability; Units are supplied with 100% tested and calibrated pressure relief valves. All units are built with 100% new O-rings and premium-grade HNBR seals to prevent leaks; HNBR does not break down at high temperatures like conventional seal material. Shafts are surfaced to precise specifications to eliminate premature seal wear and extend pump life; Final pump assembly is computer-tested to measure pressure, bypass, fluid flow, valve operation, steering effort and noise to ensure reliable performance. Our remanufacturing process is earth-friendly, as it reduces the energy and raw material needed to make a new part by 80%.

Improved Steering Performance with this Remanufactured Product

Our team initially hesitated to purchase a remanufactured steering system, but we were pleasantly surprised with the Cardone 20 533 product. Using this automotive system, our team found that the steering performance significantly improved. The installation process was easy, and we appreciate the eco-friendly aspect of using remanufactured products. Make sure you check all parts of your item.

I noticed that the point where the power steering line broke. I wasn't able to test this until I was ready to install it because those pumps fill up on recovery. Maybe it was a returned item, sent back by a previous customer because it was removed and just put back on the shelf, I don't know. Luckily I was able to use the one from the old pump, I just swapped out the o-ring and used that. But if mine was ruined I'd have to wait another week and be angry. Just a poor job of checking the product…
