Good quality at a great price.

The power steering pump is as advertised and comes with new O-rings on the hose ends. It also has a nice black finish. This is a direct replacement for the pump on my 1981 Jeep CJ7.

Leak less than 100 miles

Thing started leaking after less than 100 miles, as I don't drive my jeep much I put off ordering another one. I'm hesitant to order another one here, I hope the next one will be ok.

freer than before: spares

New seals, no leaks, direct replacement but I suspect these are the ones sent back for sloppiness because my steering was weaker than before. lose a lot of trouble. I would buy full price from Summit Auto Parts or Advance Auto Parts.

Not too happy with it

Has flared parts, doesn't fit 1980 onwards. Not too happy with it. I have a 1986 CJ7 and was told it would fit (had to return). There were no black stickers on the packaging. It had primer on it that peeled off easily but didn't get on my hands or tools.

As I haven't installed it yet, this review is based on my first impression. I will update this in a few months when my jeep project goes live. They say it has "an anti-rust coating that protects critical areas without affecting operation." I'm curious as to what type of paint they used because it's definitely not POR15. When I opened the box the paint was still sticky and the wrapping paper was stuck to it. When I tried to remove it with a metal brush I noticed there was a lot of rust…
