Boys' Clothing: Carhartt Active Jacket in Brown, Size Large Review

The coat design is really good but they are made in a Vietnamese factory with no quality control. I know this because the coat came to me with a Carhartt tag sewn directly onto the front of the coat, REVERSED. Not only was the person in charge completely unfamiliar with the English language and the Latin alphabet, he didn't even know his company logo! And just like that, he walked out the door. The look inside the coat wasn't much better, all the seams were torn, the seams weren't on the edges,

As someone who enjoys working outside the home and doing all sorts of work projects, I can tell you that nobody makes a quality product quite like Carhartt. I've worn Carhartt for decades and this is easily the best deal in terms of quality and comfort. So I was very excited that my son could start wearing the same clothes as dad when we are outside. He has bibs - they fit fantastic! However, this jacket runs small. Especially if you dress for the weather ie wear layered clothing as you should.

Just bought the 3rd coat of this style in 3 years. My grandsons love these jackets as much as dad's and my mum loves them too - they are very warm and look brand new even after 2 years of socks. The boys are now 3 and 4 years old. 3 year old (medium sized) outgrew the 3T this year and switched to the 4T. A 4 year old (medium sized but tall) can still fit (barely) in a 4T.
