. I love that it attaches to almost any belt and holds our large drill and battery pack well when he's doing chores around the house.

As the name suggests, it is very practical. It holds my 20V master very well and allows me to have one hand free for whatever I'm working on. The only thing I complain about is the rubber strap that supposedly holds parts that I never trust to do their job. But again, that's just my opinion.

Great for drills but not for new impact wrenches. The heads on them are too short and they just don't sit conspicuously in this holster. It's a Carhartt so you know it's really well made and it's a really good holster but I need it for impact so it'll just sit on the shelf unused until I find a use or someone needs it and I do it can give him . It was worth trying.

I use this to hold a percussion instrument and it fits perfectly. The holster's design makes more sense when it's on the right side of the tool belt. I didn't notice it at first and had to change it (and still keep reaching for it from the left side like I'm used to). The snap to hold on works well, I just got used to the velcro which I found quicker to attach (while hanging from a rope on the roof). The velcro on my old bag is definitely worn out, so maybe the clasp is the best way out. Short…

Nonsense. Do not buy this holster. Carhartt should stick to pants, overalls, overalls, workwear; ONLY. I currently use a Makita 18v impact drill for 1/4" zipper screws; sheet metal. So I'm constantly going up and down the extension ladder between floors. This holster doesn't hold my drill securely even when tethered. The drill wobbles.
