This thing is big and strong. It consists of something similar to above ground pools. Strong and durable, very waterproof. Went on holiday in the rain, everything was perfectly dry. The straps are easy to use and the zippers are durable. The only thing I wish was a hard bottom so I could fill it up and lift it onto my SUV instead of filling it in place. Worked great for our needs.

The photo in the ad looks like it will keep its shape. The photo is deceptive. Maybe the seller has never seen the real product. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. I was on a 1 1/2 week trip and the product started to tear. Luckily it didn't rain and the tears didn't flow on the highway. This is a bag. It says so in the description but from the photo I thought it was a hard bag that looked like a suitcase. My photos tell the truth. I've only used it once. Too late to return!?

It worked very well for us. We have two dogs and when they go on holiday they occupy the back seat and we don't have enough space to fit everything. It was a bit awkward to install. You need to install it on the roof and then fill it while it's on the roof as it will be too heavy to carry up to the roof once full. We put two full suitcases in it and it worked fine. We drove 12 hours to our destination without any problems. In the car, of course, there's more noise from the thing on the roof…
