This is an excellent protective case for ViewSonic projectors. Inside there is thick padding to protect against bumps. Definitely useful when you take the projector in your car and travel from place to place. Not cheap, but helps to protect the projector very well.

Seems to be a very durable bag, not a pelican bag but not a pelican bag either for the price. Precut foam inserts that fit exactly on the projector I bought. Plus space for the necessary cables and remote controls. Very happy with this purchase and recommend it and will buy more if needed

If you're looking for a quality enclosure that's the perfect match for your projector, look no further. It has foam inserts that you can remove for your model (instructions included - very easy), sturdy carry handle with good quality snap closure and other details. When closed, the projector is sealed from outside elements and stays in place, keeping the projector, cable and remote control in place. I highly recommend this product!

I bought this bag to carry my Viewsonic projector between presentations. The case works very well. In addition to the projector cutout, the cable slot and a few other side features such as the remote control and power strip were adjustable. I feel perfectly safe with this case; Don't think I have to be very careful with my gear. I have a feeling it will stay in place and reliably handle any little bumps and bumps we encounter. I am very happy with the case.

I bought this to install a ViewSonic PA 503W projector. When the product arrives it is filled with foam that is pre-cut for various functions. It was easy to remove the appropriate foam pieces and install the projector. The device keeps it safe. The case itself is not designed to withstand heavy (or moderate) loads, bumps, drops, etc. It's a fairly light body, but the projector is held securely inside. It's fine for my purpose of taking the projector to meetings and back in the car.

We recently replaced our old projector with a new one. Buying a replacement projector - many of them offered to buy a "soft" case. When making our final projector choice, our purchasing decision was partially influenced by the compatible hard case option. Note - the cost of the hard shell case was no more and no more than the soft shell options we reviewed.

The case is fine until you get to the clasps. They are fragile and I can say they will be the first to fail. There's no room for a speaker, even a small peripheral won't fit inside. It's very hard to keep the foam from squeezing out when closing (extra stress on the hinges) when there's only the projector in the case, not to mention the cables and remote needed to start it up. It will for now, but not for long. Avoid due to design flaws of the latches.

Used this on our Viewsonic PJD7828HDL and it fits great. The instructions told me what parts of the foam needed to be removed for a good fit, and I removed all but one section that they thought could be filled with the remote (I didn't like the idea of putting the remote in the to plug front of the case). projector.)
