Casenigo is the most user friendly ticketing software on the market

The ease of use in creating new tickets or responding is fantastic - it's so simple that even I can do this without needing training from someone else (which was my experience with ticketing software before). It also allows us access via our mobile devices which makes life easier as we're able navigate through an issue when away form home base/office etc.- but you need some sorta internet connection- otherwise there are certain functions like chat where one needs to be at their desk if they…

  • Easy for users across whole organization, not just tech savvy ones,
  • Very user friendly interface; great usability overall! , Ease accessing by both desktop computers OR phones / tablets!!!!! :) , )

Casengo - Great customer communication tool

The user interface is easy to use and intuitive. It's also pretty good at being able to find what you are looking for when it comes time to search for something. I would like to see more integrations with external services so that we can do things like integrate with Zapier or Slack to automatically sync messages into the system. We have been using this since 2013 and we've never had any issues. I think it's great that they have continued to improve and add new features over the years. Being…
