That makes her second!

This is my girl's second Cashel Crusader fly mask. The first is now her reserve, a spare mask just in case. It usually breaks at least 1 time a year so I was impressed when this first one lasted a year with minimal minor breaks! She is very sensitive to mosquitos around her ears, so she rubbed the mask on everything that was within reach and made small (or big :>) holes right where she needed the most protection. With the Crusader's cloth, she could tear it only slightly. I love it and will…

Very disappointed, have used these masks in the past - .

Fleece around ears and eyebrows keeps moisture away from sweat. The result is hair loss, partly due to friction from discomfort and partly due to the salty sweat moisture trapped in the foaming agent. Fleece is a synthetic fabric like polyester that generates heat by itself. When I took it off it was hot and sweaty where the fleece was. Needless to say, after a few days I still haven't put it back. Very disappointed, have used these masks before - plain gray ones - no problem.

Pros
  • Patented bangs keep hair out of horse's eyes
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Although both use a regular saddle, only when adjusting the halters/head bindings will one be on the smaller holes and the other on the larger ones. Unfortunately, the mask seems too big for my gray and too small for my color. The masks still fit, but not perfectly, they don't cause any problems, but I've tried the Kensington mask on…
