Comfortable, good quality and light!

Without what not to build a wired local area network? We can say that without a router or an ADSL modem or a switch. It is, of course, yes. But the most important thing is that such a network cannot be built without those same wires! But here's the problem - the usual round patch cords and cross cords are uncomfortable, if only because they are round. They must be tied into bundles and laid in boxes so that, God forbid, no one steps on them. If you bend such a cable too much, the vein may…

Pros
  • High quality connection, not expensive, flat, quite resistant to heels, light.
Cons
  • I haven't found it and I hope I won't find it.

All network, cable, high-speed, responsive hello!) To connect two network devices, you need an RJ45 Ethernet network cable. I needed to connect a ZyXEL Keenetic Omni Internet Center and a Toshiba SATELLITE A660-1EN laptop to each other. The length of the cable should have been about eight meters, although I can crimp the cable and the plug myself with the crimping tool that I have in my use, which I did many times, but this time I decided to buy it. Network cables vary in types and bandwidth…

That's not your father's Ethernet cable

my stationary computer is 6 meters away from the router. While I get an excellent Wi-Fi signal, some applications require wired Ethernet. So I checked out Revain and it came up. And that's great. The wire is quite thin and white, thanks to which it is in harmony with the baseboards. And this company has the foresight to include good knobs to keep the wiring in place. The wiring is in a resealable plastic bag in a nice box. It looks and feels premium and expensive. The candles look well made and

Works great and thin enough not to get in the way

I got this when my ISP (Charter Spectrum) told me my speed wasn't guaranteed unless I pay them $5 per month for Wi-Fi. Seeing the ridiculousness, I took this ethernet cable and routed it between the kitchen and living room where I spend most of my time. I kept it on the wall to avoid tripping over it by securing it with the clips provided and keeping it out of the way. I think I used about 35 of the 50 feet, but I'm just glad I didn't go with the 25 I was considering. It would be 22 feet in a…

Buyer Warning! Thin wires inside! Not CAT6!

For those who don't know, the difference between Cat. 5e and cat. 6 is this cat. 6 has a thicker wire, but the connector stays the same size. I had to cut a wire to run it through a wall today, 10 months after I bought this wire, and was planning on crimping a new connector. After stripping the insulation I found that the wires are smaller in diameter than a true CAT 6 cable. The cross section of the wires is even SMALLER than a telephone copper wire. This is NOT a CAT 6 cable, the insulation…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons

Exactly what I needed!

We stream everything. Netflix, Hulu, Revain Video, MLB games, etc. We recently moved our TV/Xbox to another room that doesn't have an ethernet connection or my router. We have a 200Mbps wired connection, but with wireless on Xbox One we didn't get the speeds we paid for and sometimes the video quality dropped during peak times. I often don't enjoy watching a baseball game go from sharp to blurry and back again. If the Xbox was in a different room, we could easily route the cable under the floor

Pros
  • Hold my fists
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

. I connected my own CAT 5 cable and it worked fine but

I usually make my own CAT 5 cable and it worked fine but for cables longer than 10 feet I could cannot constantly achieve the 1 GB transfer rate. Comcast recently downgraded our service to a "free" download speed of 150MB, so I wasn't happy when I was only able to increase the download speed to 96MB. After changing my CAT 5 cables a few times, I realized that with anything over 10 feet, I can't make my own patch cord to achieve download speeds of 100+ MB. So I bought this 25ft CAT 6 cable and…

Excellent Cables for Stress Free Installation

I run cables along the walls not across the floor to make sure it's safe for everyone in my home so I usually need more length than I really need due to, how I manage my cables. Flat cable is much easier to cut corners than rounded cables and because it is flat it is not as visible as with rounded cables. I bought two of these because I needed one for my PC and one for my PS4 Pro (I prefer wired over relying on wifi) and the included cable clips can also hold two overlapping cables. It didn't…
