If your cat is cold, this will likely work for all of you. Be sure to choose "one size larger" if yours is on the edge. (I have a 12 lb tabby that comes very close to the "one size up" suggestion so I'm fine with that if yours is too and he was quite cold due to the zip collar and body part connection). If your cat is cold this will likely work for all of you too, and it was quite cold for the snap collar and body connector) BUT if you have fine motor skills and/or grip strength issues I am NOT holding that all the adjustments are pretty tight and yes they will send you both a CUSTOM collar and a harness/leash combo so if the harness doesn't work for you/your BB at least the collar can).
