Not bad, just room for growth with better options

As an Administrator we like that it helps us get daily reports of where our website was performing best across all locations. The interface needs some improvement as well as more features in general however I think these are minor changes rather than fundamental improvements for this tool's functionality. This software does what its supposed to do - keep track of web performance at individual sites or pages. It can be used by multiple people who may not have prior knowledge of IT systems. I…

Catchpoint has a really useful dashboard, which is easy to use and understand. It's a great way to track your website performance and identify errors in real time. Great way keep track & respond faster thanks

You have got more control of where you are spending spend time than any other solution in this space that I know about (I think). The ability for me as an internal user or support rep has greatly increased without having my own dedicated team member who would be tracking so many things manually across different software vendors - all within our Salesforce instance!
