Self closing: With easily adjustable closing power, these hinges are ideal for any type of door; interior or exterior, solid or hollow, light, medium or heavy weight, wood, fiberglass and metal doors. These are suitable for residential and commercial use (check any local building codes as needed). UL listed: Each hinge set is UL Listed, meeting the requirements for UL's published and nationally recognized Standards for Safety, in compliance with current codes. Spring hinges are approved for use on fire-rated doors and meet ANSI/BHMA standards. Top quality: Solid and premium-weight, these heavy-duty spring hinges are constructed from top-quality steel. Surfaces are hand-crafted with extreme attention to all details for a truly best-in-class finish. Tough enough to hold solid-core, fiberglass, wood, metal, interior, exterior, residential & commercial doors. Worth the Price for my opinion

At first I thought they were too thick but they are not. Easy to install and adjust. Seem well made.I adjusted it to gently close the door. You would need both to close the door completely.

Pros
  • We put these on a couple doors in the house. Very easy to install and adjust.
Cons
  • The hinges make a loud creaking sound when opening and closing

Keeps doors closed - my new review

This has worked great to keep my bedroom door closed. No one ever left it open but it always seemed to be inadvertently left open by a ghost or something. Problem solved.

High quality and strong spring to close the door.

These are excellent, high quality hinges. Package comes in nice cardboard box, with 2 hinges, 12 screws, a hex wrench, two pins get inserted into the hinge, and installation instructions. You can adjust how strong you want the spring.

Great for indoors, closes gently

These worked great for the office and supply closet that we don’t want our kids wandering into when the doors don’t get shut completely. One of them didn’t close flush and the company sent me a new set! I mounted them to the top hinge on hollow residential doors inside

Perfect for My Door Closing Need

Used the hinges to automatically closes a pair of doors my basement that I wanted to prevent pets from casually entering.Installation was a 5 minute job on each door. Adjusting the hinge tension was also very easy. Took me longer to install foam strips on the door jam to reduce the noise / vibration as the door closed and latched.The hinges were a perfect fit to replace the standard hinges that I removed. Perfect outer shape. and perfect alignment with the existing screw holes.

Great Product: my feedback

Bought this to replace a defective spring pin mechanism that simply was not strong enough to actually close our door. Two of these spring hinges did the trick. Much better and more durable than the pin-spring alternative. Couldn't find these at local hardware store, but this was perfect.

Works great; easy, adjustable tension; nice finish

Very pleased with this hinge. Using one on each of my kitchen pantry doors since kids can’t seem to close them. 🤣 Works great, and really appreciate that I can set a low level of tension. Tension easily adjusts with provided hex wrench.

After using the bathroom the children automatically forget to close the door and sometimes the smell is not too pleasant.The door now closes properly by itself and the smell now stays in the bathroom until the fan sucks it out. "BRAVO"

Exactly what the doctor ordered

My kids and wife resist the urge to close the bathroom door in a high traffic area. I popped this sucker in there and BAM! Problem solved. Off to hit another bathroom. Great product and high quality.

Overall, a good product

I like the hinge, but I was using another brand and they provide two things that I think is useful.a. the other brand provides a longer insert that allow user to test the hardness of the close.b. the insert has a flat head and I find that it makes it easier to take out should I want to change how hard I want the door close.Overall, it is a good product.
