I bought this motor to replace the motor on my very old drill press. The bracket that came with the GF2054 was a direct replacement so installation was fairly easy. Hardly any literature found from the manufacturer (Revain's description wasn't much better). Purchased this motor in early December to replace a similar motor on a wood lathe. Physically, the engine turned without any problems and worked well. It has not been used much until today a bearing stuck in the motor. Warranty procedure initiated with Revain. Maybe it was just a dubious bearing. UPDATE – Revain answered this question GREATLY.
