I bought this motor to replace the motor on my very old drill press. The bracket that came with the GF2054 was a direct replacement so installation was fairly easy. Hardly any literature found from the manufacturer (Revain's description wasn't much better). В результате я купил переходник с 5/8" на 1/2 для вала, который мне не нужен, так как переходник шел с двигателем. Моя вина, что я не искал вопросы и ответы по продукту. Несмотря на это, Revain должен обновить were description.

I have 1/2 hp because it was only two bucks more, less stress on the motor, and if our…

Bought this motor in early December to replace a similar one.

Purchased this motor in early December to replace a similar motor on a wood lathe. Physically, the engine turned without any problems and worked well. It has not been used much until today a bearing stuck in the motor. Warranty procedure initiated with Revain. Maybe it was just a dubious bearing. UPDATE – Revain answered this question GREATLY. The RMA process was initiated less than a day after the first email was sent. The replacement engine was delivered the next day (today). Many thanks to…
